Pulaar (or Fula) is
spoken mostly throughout the Fouta Djallon region
in central Guinea. However, the Pulaar people are
scattered throughout Guinea.
The
Pulaar Guide for Peace Corps Guinea is
the best resource for learning this difficult and
amazing language. Developed by Herb Caudill (RPCV),
this is a .pdf document (readable with Adobe Acrobat
reader). Complete with silly pictures and
cultural guides.
Malinke
is somewhat like Bambara and is spoken mostly
in Haute (Upper) Guinea.
We
have the Peace Corps Guinea Malinke manual.

Susu
bears some similarity to Malinke. It is spoken
primarily in the Basse Cote (lower Guinea).
We
have the Peace Corps Guinea Susu manual.
